Lexus Padel Privilege is available to eligible owners of qualifying Lexus Electrified (xEV) vehicles. Eligibility and vehicle ownership will be verified through L-Reach. The eligible vehicle owner must also be present and participate in the court booking and playing session.

Access Lexus Padel Privilege through L-Reach, which will direct you to the booking website. Select your preferred date, court, and available time slot to complete your booking. Bookings must be made at least one day in advance (D-1). A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successful.

Each eligible customer is allocated two tokens, with each token redeemable for one court booking of up to two hours. Additional tokens may be requested through Lexus Privilege Customer Care, subject to eligibility and approval.

Enjoy complimentary coaching sessions every Sunday from 08:00 to 10:00 WIB, with separate sessions for Beginner and Intermediate players. Advance registration is required, and participation is subject to availability.

Yes. To cancel your booking, please contact Lexus Customer Care at least one day before your scheduled session (D-1). We recommend arranging your cancellation as soon as your plans change.

Please bring your own padel racket and wear comfortable sportswear with appropriate padel shoes. To enhance your experience, Lexus Padel Privilege also provides access to the Lexus VIP Lounge, parking at the main lobby, hot and cold plunge facilities, and towels.
